I go here every year for september and January for an avon conference. Basic but clean and tidy. Has a bar and food is nice. Not always got shower and shampoo and conditioner in rooms. But just ask.

Because my flight was late setting off from Dubai by one and a half hours. I missed by connecting flight from Istanbul and had a get a flight the day after. When I arrived in Birmingham the next day and went to the hotel they said my both days have been cancelled and I had to rebook again which cost me another £120. They told me to take it up with 訂房網站. Which was very disappointing.

Very bad customer service and not clean the room unfortunately unexpected this type room please dnt go anyone this hotel i am not recommend very very bad attitude for the reception girl
